To change your subscription plan, go to your Account Settings and select "Subscription". From there, you'll see your current plan and options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Yes! Your Me Time Stories subscription allows you to access your account on up to 5 devices simultaneously. Simply download our app on your preferred devices and sign in with your account credentials. Your reading progress and preferences will sync across all your devices.

To reset your child's reading progress, go to their profile page and select "Reading History". From there, you'll find an option to reset progress for individual books or for all content. Note that this action cannot be undone, so please use this feature carefully.

Yes, we take security very seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We never store complete credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors that comply with PCI DSS standards.

To download stories for offline reading, open the story you want to save and tap the download icon in the top right corner. You can view all your downloaded stories in the "My Library" section under the "Downloaded" tab. Downloaded stories will be available for 30 days without an internet connection.
